  • Sarah - Club Director

    Sarah has been involved with cheerleading since 2013, both as an athlete and a coach. She is incredibly passionate, dedicated and strives to bring the best out of her athletes.

    Sarah realised her dream in 2025, competing in the International Non-Tumbling Level 7 division at the Cheerworlding Worlds, placing 4th in the world.

    Sarah oversees all programme operations, is one of our lead coaches, is the club’s Deputy Safeguard Lead and Health and Safety Officer.

  • Kieran - Recreational Cheer & Tumble Programme Coordinator

    Kieran began his cheerleading journey during his first year at university, where he also met Sarah. After graduating, the pair began coaching together and quickly discovered a shared passion for helping athletes grow. This partnership has continued throughout their coaching careers.

    As an athlete, Kieran has competed with several successful programmes. Most recently, Kieran reached one of the biggest milestones of his cheer career by representing Team England Adaptive Abilities at the ICU World Championships in Orlando, Florida. The team won the gold medal, an outstanding achievement.

    Now Kieran is Recreational Cheer and Tumble Programme Coordinator at Bedford Allstars.

    He is passionate about helping both athletes and coaches thrive. Whether he's supporting a tumble class, mentoring coaches or cheering everyone on from the sidelines, his enthusiasm is contagious. Always smiling, always encouraging and always ready to help, Kieran truly embodies the spirit of cheerleading.

  • Holly - Prep Cheer Programme Coordinator

    Holly discovered her love for cheerleading in 2016 during her final year at university. What started as a new challenge quickly became a lifelong passion, and she has been competing ever since, gaining experience across a wide range of teams while developing as both an athlete and coach.

    Coaching has become one of Holly's favourite parts of the sport - her positive and bubbly nature inspires the young athletes she coaches. She also loves supporting her husband, Kieran, throughout his cheerleading journey.

    Holly is Bedford Allstars Prep Cheer Programme Coordinator and helps to oversee this fundamental and thriving part of our club. She also supports with stock control and merchandise.

  • Chloe - Lead Coach

    Chloe has been doing cheer for several years and fell in love with the sport whilst at university and is excited to continue growing both as an athlete in the programme and as a coach.

    She competed as part of Team England Adaptive Abilities at the ICU World Cheerleading Championships in 2026.

    Chloe is BGU certified at levels 1-3 in cheerleading and tumbling, is safeguard trained, and also a qualified sports and rehabilitation therapist.

    Chloe is one of our lead coaches.

  • Hattie - Lead Coach

    Hattie has been cheering competitively for 10 years, and coaching for 6. She is passionate about the sport, loves sharing her knowledge with younger athletes, and watching them grow in talent, strength and confidence. She is BGU certified in levels 1-3 cheerleading and tumbling, holds an enhanced DBS and is safeguard trained.

    Hattie is one of our lead coaches and supports with club administration.

  • Sophia - Lead Coach

    Sophia began her cheerleading journey in 2019 through her school and has now been involved in the sport for several years. Since the very beginning of Bedford Allstars, she has been a dedicated coach while also competing across a variety of teams within the programme.

    Although you'll often find Sophia coaching our younger athletes, she is passionate about working with athletes of all ages and abilities. Her favourite part of coaching is watching athletes grow in both confidence and skill throughout their cheer journey. She also loves creating routines, with choreography being one of her biggest passions.

  • James - Lead Coach

    James' cheerleading journey began back in 2012 at university. What started as a fun opportunity to try something new quickly grew into a lifelong passion. Over the years, he progressed from Level 2 all the way to competing on the world stage, proudly representing Team England Paracheer in 2018 and 2019, before earning his place on Team England Coed in 2022.

    Now, James brings that wealth of experience, passion and dedication to Bedford Allstars, working alongside our incredible coaching team to help every athlete reach their full potential.

    For James, the most rewarding part of coaching is watching athletes grow —not just in skill, but in confidence too. Seeing athletes become the very best versions of themselves, both on and off the mat, is what inspires him every day.

  • Sophie - Lead Coach

    Sophie began her cheerleading journey six years ago and now has the incredible opportunity to coach the sport she loves.

    For Sophie, there's nothing more rewarding than watching athletes develop new skills, grow in confidence and perform with energy, passion and huge smiles. Seeing her athletes achieve things they never thought possible is what makes coaching so special, and she feels incredibly privileged to be part of each athlete's journey.

  • Chloe - Lead Coach and DSL

    Chloe joined the coaching team in 2026. She has been involved with cheerleading for several years and has extensive experience that she intends to pass on to all her athletes.

    Chloe represented Team England Adaptive Abilities at the ICU World Cheerleading Championships in 2026, alongside Coach Chloe. She is also an athlete within Bedford Allstars.

    Chloe is an energetic and dedicated coach, is qualified to coach levels 1-3, has an enhanced DBS and first aid certificate.

    She is also the Designated Safeguard Lead within the club.

  • Tayla - Lead Coach

    Tayla started coaching at Bedford Allstars in 2026, but has been an athlete for several years. She is excited to pass on her knowledge and experience to athletes in the club.

    Tayla is positive, approachable and dedicated to providing an excellent coaching standard.

    Tayla is qualified to teach levels 1-2 in cheerleading, holds a first aid certificate and enhanced DBS. She leads the strength and conditioning classes within the club, and also runs her own sports massage business.

  • Dagi - Assistant Coach

    Dagmara has been an athlete in Bedford Allstars since the beginning, and qualified as a Junior Coach during her time with us. She has been a positive and inspiring influence on our younger athletes, and was awarded our prestigious Athlete of the Year Award in 2025.

    Dagmara has recently qualified to coach levels 1-2 in cheerleading and is now an assitant coach within the club.

    She will support our lead coaches whilst continuing to develop her coaching skills. Alongside this, she will be competing as an athlete in the programme.

  • Maiya - Assistant Coach

    Maiya is in her third season as a cheerleader and second season as an Assistant Coach at Bedford Allstars. This season, she will be coaching two teams while also competing as an athlete on two teams within the programme.

    One of her favourite things about coaching is watching the athletes progress, build confidence and enjoy every moment of their cheerleading journey. She loves seeing them grow, not only as athletes but also as individuals, and being able to support them every step of the way.

    This season, she’s especially excited to coach two of her own teams and help her athletes achieve their goals. She can't wait to watch our younger athletes' passion for cheerleading grow just as much as hers has!

  • Lea - Assistant Coach

    Lea is going into her first season as an Assistant Coach, and is excited to begin her coaching journey. She’s been cheering competitively for 10 years, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to share her passion and experience with the next generation of athletes.

    She’ll be assisting with our competitive teams, as well as coaching our recreational cheer sessions. Lea’s goal is to use everything she’s learned throughout her cheerleading journey to support every athlete, understanding their individual needs and helping them develop both their skills and confidence.
